I was finding the magazine release on my 1911 a litter hard to hit without changing ... I was finding the magazine release on my 1911 a litter hard to hit without changing my hand position. I wanted something to make it easier without adding a huge button that would be a possible snag hazard. This thing was just what I was looking for. Drop in fit and gave me that little bit more I needed to easily drop the magazine with out having to reposition my hand. Partner this mag release with a set of VZ grips with the thumb scoop and you will never go back.
