The color is much closer to FDE than walnut. The OEM black extension clashes less than this one, which is supposed to be the same color as the grips. There is no finish work. It looks like these shipped directly from the printer bed with no trimming, sanding, or anything else to improve the rough edges and visible print layers. One of mine broke when I tried to install it. This attaches to the flanges at the bottom of the magazine body, unlike the OEM extension, which attaches to the base plate.
