Shipping was FAST and the items were as described. I orderd 5 (very delicate) water goblets and unfortunately 2 did not make the transport and arrived broken. I brought this up to the seller (uselessur) and within minutes recieved a refund for the two goblets (which is what I asked for). This is a very pretty lamp. More beautiful than pictured on the seller's web page and very clean. Seller did an excellent job of wrapping and packaging my lamp to ensure safe delivery. I wish more sellers did the same. If you purchase anything fragile from this seller it should arrive to you safely with normal handling by the shipping carriers.
