Best of the best quality. Love it for my LCPII, makes it easier to grip.
You have to work this grip on the LCPII, but when it is completed, it is a killer sleeve for the LCPII.. It actually makes it feel like a bigger gun. I wear the LCPII in a leg holster and had no problem because of the size difference. It is a little bigger now, but who cares, it feels great on the gun. It makes it easier to remove the gun from the holster because of the soft rubber feel. I might just buy one as a backup. Good when modified.
The critical comments on this product, in regards to how it points, are correct. The grip feels great and minimizes recoil but makes this point super awkwardly. No other gun in you own will point like this crazy product out of the package. You will shoot low. Rather than train differently than with anything i own, I modified it. Now it points great, still feels great in the hand and conceals great. Glad j bought it but it kinda sucked as designed due to the terrible ergonomics it provided unaltered The critical comments on this product, in regards to how it points, are correct. If you want a better grip on your gun, get this!
This grip was just what I was looking for in "getting a grip" on my LCPII pistol. Without it, the gun felt loose in my hand and I never felt comfortable with it. When I put this grip on, the story changed dramatically. It was like a totally different gun. Not too much, not too little, just right! I use magazines with the extension for a second finger on the pistol grip also, and it works better than I thought it would. And "conceal" is still just as concealed for me, whether in my pocket or in a IWB holster, not an issue. Some say they have trouble getting it on their pistol, but if you start the Hogue grip on the back of the gun grip as far up as it will go, then push the front of the Hogue grip onto the front of the gun grip and then just walk it up the gun grip front and back, while ... This grip was just what I was looking for in "getting a grip" on my LCPII pistol. Without it, the gun felt loose in my hand and I never felt comfortable with it. Mine took me all of a minute or less to put on this way. No "lube" needed and I'm 66 (old, "really old" according to my grandchildren).

If you have larger hands this grip provides/improves great purchase on an otherwise diminutive handgun. It actually gives the gun a whole new, secure feel. Apparently, some people have reported difficulty installing the grip over the frame, however, soaking the grip in hot water for just a few minutes will make the grip very pliable and make the install quick and easy. I highly recommend it for anyone who needs to 'get a grip' on their grip! :)If you have larger hands this grip provides/improves great purchase on an otherwise diminutive handgun. Grip sleeve
I have huge hands and this grip sleeve really widens it up for a much better hold. Super easy to install. Just run it under hot water for a minute and it slides right on. If you've ever put grips on a motorcycle its exactly the same. My only gripe is that it does make the mag release a bit harder to get to. I recommend it.
