I ordered this part and the envelope arrived torn open with the part missing. My guess is the usps mail sorting machinery tore the envelope and the part came out and was lost. I contacted the seller, Goto Gear and they did not hesitate. They immediately sent a replacement in a cushioned envelope which arrived very quickly.
