As good as any musical instrument case I have used. The gun fits snug in the case and it’s well padded. Nice large exterior pockets for cleaning tools and accessories.

Firstly, this product is well made. It is a good product for a break-down shotgun, HOWEVER -- my SKB has an adjustable comb, and because of the height, the stock doesn't fit well ... really need to wedge it in. On the plus side it ensures that it will not move around. On the minus side, it is a pain to force it into place.

Soft sided, but the rigid foam interior is durable. This case is a very good value. I like the fact that the forearm can be left off the barrels for storage. There is a slot made for accessories as well. I keep snap caps and the choke tubes with the shotgun along with some microfiber cloths to wipe the gun down before storage. I have a side by side, and a couple of over and under shotguns stored in these cases. It is very convenient to have this all together. One reviewer stated these cases are no longer being made, but they are in current production. If you shop around on the net, you can find them at a good price. They are a great value even at full retail.

This case is the bomb! Fits my (several) Browning Citoris, Rugers and Weatherby over and unders like a glove. Great for travelling out to the field and back, driving out to the hunting hinterlands (when it going to be in the back of my truck) and off to the range for clays and skeet. Sturdy enought to trust my fancy guns stray unblemished and soft enough to squeeze into what ever space I need it to go. Not something I would put in the cargo hold of plane, but for most things except that, you cannot go wrong IMO. RDS

This particular case is well designed and functional. It is lightweight and holds quite a bit. I especially liked how it held the gun components and the extra zipper pouches on the outside. I didn't care for the straps that restrict the lid from fall (opening) all the way. They should have been a little longer (I cut them) and the zipper was catching the "fur" of the lining at the corners, but I trimmed it down and works fine now.
