Not packaged well. Steel screws and steel sleeves. put in envelope and sent in plastic bag. Must have been pressed between heavy objects, and items cut through all packaging. One of the screws was missing. Plastic shipping bag torn open. Seller told me to take it to post office and take it up with them.Why was there no insurance on item. Seller told me to send it back since I tore open the bag, and would offer refund. Did not say they would pay shipping. Not going to that much time and expense.
