This is a great rifle! Bought this used on E-bay. This is my first PCP airgun and I have found that it is not bad at all to pump up with a hand pump. .22 caliber I get about 30 shots (3000 down to 2000 PSI) with the velocity cranked up and about 50 with it turned down. Target grade adjustable trigger. Plenty accurate enough for head shots on gray squirrels at 25 yds. and drops them right there. They raid the birdfeeder; I eat what I shoot so they don't go to waste. Haven't figured out what pellets it likes best yet, but it seems to be pretty consistent with most that I have tried. Good product made in USA!

This is an accurate rifle with good power that gives you a lot of shots per fill. I have only tried one brand of pellets with it and that is a Crosman brand. It easily gives "minute of squirrel head" accuracy at 25 yards. Though I have not tested its accuracy thoroughly it suits my needs. The air reservoir on the gun will give at least 40 shots per fill. It is really way more than that but I refill it at 2000 PSI. Ten shot magazine is easy to fill once you read the directions carefully and it works flawlessly. I bought the Benjamin Traveler high pressure air pump to refill my rifle and it to works perfectly. No hand pumps for me! The trigger is adjustable but I have not touched mine. It comes from the factory well adjusted for me. It comes light enough and smooth enough for me. The wonderful thing about a PCP gun is that there is no spring involved to fire the gun. It works just like a real firearm. There is no spring "bounce" to contend with. You don't have to hold the rifle in any special way for it to shoot accurately. It is also very quiet. You can shoot it in your backyard without alarming the neighbors. I don't know how quiet as I do not have a decibel meter but it is quieter than my Beeman R1 spring powered air rifle.Read full review

A friend of mine turned me on to the marauder about 4 years ago. I finally bought one for myself. The rifle is very quiet and extremely powerful for an air gun. It is similar to a 22 short rifle without the paperwork. It is accurate and easy to shoot, the synthetic stock is comfortable lightweight and it dose not feel cheap. I am glad to have the rifle and I would recommend it to any one looking for a good PCP rifle.

It is certainly the most expensive pellet rifle I have ever owned. I have been very happy with the accuracy so far. Plenty good enough for pest control. I found that a 30 grain hp lead pellet has the tightest groups for my rifle. It has plenty of power. It has penetrated all the way through 23/32” plywood. I have a cheap 3000psi hand pump, and it was a real work out to get it filled from 0 psi. Now I fill it when it gets down to 2000 psi. (30-40 shots?) and that isn’t too bad. (I fill it 50 pumps at a time for a total of about 400 pump for the final 1000psi) I will, eventually, get a better quality pump. It feels very well built, and doesn’t have a cheap feel at all. The only thing that seems a little suspect is the 10 round magazine. It hasn’t had any problems, so maybe I shouldn’t be concerned and perhaps it will hold up fine, but it is an all plastic exterior. Time will tell on the magazine. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend it to those just starting to get into PCP pellet rifles. Read full review

This benjamin marauder 22 cal pcp air rifle is awesome I paired it with the hawke airmax ao 4-12x50 scope and it couldn't be any better. It's a joy to shoot it. I had to tune it from the factory set up as described in the manual for my liking afterwards it shoots straight and hard from 3000 psi down to around 1800 psi, using Crosman premier hollow points 14.3 gr pellets
