Stock is steady when half or less extended when pulled out it has too much play. Folding part is ok a bit in the way when folded makes working the action tricky. Cheek piece cheaply made feels like it can break easy. Fore grip is good can't use ammo rack on side because of the design of the grip. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a full package for a great price ATI makes good things just wish some things were better thought out

I bought this stock because I figured that it would be nice to have a folding stock for easy storage. Well it is well designed and works as described. But in no way is this stock comfortable to the user!!! Its a huge piece of plastic that's right on top of your hand. Thankfully there's a foam pad that sticks to were the stock folds, so it makes it a little less uncomfortable. It's just an awful design . The hinge needs moved up about a 1/2" . The hinge being so low makes it in the way. Very awkward feeling. Don't buy this stock as I did. It was a waste of money.

This stock rocks. Comes with adapters for several applications other than the Mossberg I picked it up for (one of them being for the Rem 870 series) but the adjustability and comfort, positive lock when extended out all work very, very well. I did however take an abrasive to the left hand side directly above the grip to clearance the actuation button, as this severely shrouded the thing. Also did slightly modify a few other aspects of it to make it exactly what it should be, and to make it work as well, and as comfortably as possible. I am VERY happy with this folding stock and yes, I would recommend it.

Worked very well on a winchester 1300 shotgun. Makes the 12 gauge feel like a 20. It is lightweight and durable. The fold feels a little unneeded, and occasionally seems to be in the way, but all in all it is a truly great stock.

The quality feels and looks very solid. Definitely gives your 500 a very beefy and sexy look. Overall I am very satisfied. But if I had to choose again I would have went with the version that doesn't have the folding stock. It gets in the way and doesn't allow you to get a full hold on the grip. Makes it feel a little short
